All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order for the products in stock. Please note that the majority of items, some of them unique, are mostly custom-made and / or on measurement. This explains why we cannot guarantee the same delivery time throughout the site. For the articles that are not available on immediate stock, custom making for each of our online customers can take from 5 up to 30 working days for us or our designers to create them. Please add 1-3 days for shipping and estimate your shipping date according to this information.
Nevertheless, the estimated shipping date will be provided to you, along with the confirmation e-mail containing also de AWB number and invoice.
The cost of delivery is the one communicated by Customer Service. It will be displayed when you complete the information list when placing an order, and it depends on your location.
Customers in non-EU countries.
The delivery period to countries that impose customs duty is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that custom taxes, duties and handling fees for each individual country will be applied and invoiced separately through TNT and have to be borne by the customer. For details regarding arising taxes and duties for your country, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For international orders where this may apply, formalities and local customs duties fees for crossings are being supported by the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDING
According to OUG 34/2014, on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance selling contracts, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products you are entitled to terminate this agreement, to return any purchased products and receive back their price.
Made to measure products, and all order custom made orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
You have the obligation to notify the Company about your returning or exchanging of the products, by any means of communication (telephone, fax, email etc).
Once the package with the returned products gets back to us, ZENYA undertakes to return the value of the products by bank transfer within maximum 30 working days of receipt and return validation; this does not include charges for transportation of returned products. So, all returning costs will be charged to your card or bank account. In case of a return, the card or bank will be credited. Please note however that any losses incurred due to changes in the exchange rate will not be credited.
By way of exception, if after product return we notice that it was damaged and can no longer be sold as new, the company reserves the right not to accept the return of the product.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size and only once. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Thereafter, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
The merchandise must be returned along with the completed Returns Form that was included with your order. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.
The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via TNT. We are not obliged to cover any shipping costs that are not provided by TNT.
